Yes. Payments on spinfinity.uk are processed securely by Stripe, and you can pay by card.
Will my email be shared or sold?
We do not share our customers' information for sales purposes. Emails are solely used for follow-up communication and sending newsletters regarding promotions and discount coupons.
Shipping & Delivery
Is shipping free?
Orders totalling £50 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under £50, a shipping fee of £3.99 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's shipped. If you need to check your order status, email us at contacts@spinfinity.uk.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
Every customer receives a tracking number for their order. The tracking number is provided once the package is with the local courier in the UK. If you haven't received one (by email or SMS) within 2–4 working days, please get in touch.
Where do you ship from?
We dispatch orders from two warehouses in Europe and one in China. If you order more than one item, your items may be shipped separately, as each warehouse specialises in different manufacturing areas.
