1. Refund Requests

    1.1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with a product or service you've purchased from Spinfinity, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your refund request.

    1.2. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product or service is defective.
  • A valid receipt showing the purchase is required for processing the refund.

            1.3. Certain items and services are not eligible for refunds.

            1.4. Please note that to qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. Spinfinity retains the right to reject a refund if the product is returned without its original wrapping or if the item does not meet the required return conditions specified in our refund policy.

            1.5. Please be aware that this policy does not extend to custom or specialty items, such as assembled blades.

  • Blades must be returned in their original packaging and free from any scrapes or glue residue.
  • Rubber must remain sealed in its original packaging.
  • Clothing items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags intact.
  • Bags and accessories should be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all labels attached.
  • In the event of a refused delivery and subsequent refund request, the actual shipping fees incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We do not entertain exchanges for items that are not in their original packaging, have been damaged by the customer, or are customized.

If you opt for an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for the replacement item. Upon receiving the returned item, Spinfinity will assess its condition to ensure it aligns with our refund criteria. Failure to comply with the stated conditions may result in disqualification of the refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

            2.1. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to refund@spinfinity.uk with the following details: Name, Address, Receipt Reference Number. The receipt details provided must match the information on the receipt.
  • Spinfinity is committed to providing refunds for defective items, and we will cover the costs associated with refunding defective items.
  • If a product or service is found to be defective and qualifies for a refund according to our refund eligibility criteria, Spinfinity will bear the expenses related to the refund process, including shipping costs for returning the defective item.

3. Processing Time

We will review your refund request within 7 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Methods

 If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the refund request is related to a shipping error or a defective product.

6.Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable period, please check your bank account or contact your payment provider.

7. Amendments

Spinfinity reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
