It ensures safe returns even against fast topspin shots and flat hits, creating a noticeable sinking effect. Suitable for both classic "combination" blades and fast offensive blades, TARANTULA's dampening sponge absorbs the ball's speed effectively.
The rubber comes with a glue sheet attached and is available in dampening sponge thicknesses of 1.2mm, 1.5mm, and 1.8mm, with the 1.2mm version offering the best spin reversal. The 1.5mm sponge version is a well-balanced compromise.
