A-B-S 2 SOFT, a softer iteration of our classic frictionless Anti-Spin rubber, enhances control with a reworked topsheet formula while retaining the pink-colored dampening sponge. It excels against fast topspin shots without spin and performs exceptionally well with modern ABS balls.
While maintaining spin reversal, A-B-S 2 SOFT improves attacking options, allowing swift wrist movements for backspin ball hits and easier counter-attacks. Notably, it is the first frictionless Anti-Spin rubber enabling active blocking, providing a diving ball and spin reversal by gently moving the bat forward. This flexibility allows a change in game rhythm.
Offering outstanding control, even on fast blades with ABS balls, A-B-S 2 SOFT comes in dampening sponge thicknesses of 2.1mm, 2.3mm, and 2.5mm. The 2.1mm version provides the best spin reversal with low speed, the 2.3mm version offers very good spin reversal, lower speed, and excellent control, while the 2.5mm version is the slowest with still very good spin reversal and excellent control.
