In order to be a successful defender in today's game, constant refinement of all playing components is of utmost importance. Merely focusing on cutting defense from half-distance is no longer the sole priority. A defensive player must also exhibit flexibility. This necessitates the use of pimple rubbers that facilitate such playing characteristics. Hence, our objective was to create a long pimple rubber, in collaboration with our longstanding partner and defensive expert Chen Weixing, that aligns with the demands of modern defensive play. The outcome of these endeavors is the JOOLA CWX. The pink-colored (50°) sponge, featuring integrated Tensor technology, provides significant opportunities for undercut strokes away from the table, while maintaining control for disruptive shots close to the table due to the sponge's hardness and flat trajectory. The grippy micro structure of the pimple heads, along with the flexibility of the narrow pimples, also allows for extreme chop defense with maximum control.
