STIGA is currently releasing the STIGA Carbo 7.6 blade, a blade with an entirely new construction technique, in response to player demand for a very quick blade with preserved maximum touch and feel. Thirteen layers in total—seven wood and six carbon—have been inserted between each veneer by tiny carbon layers. Refer to Carbo Oversize. In this fashion, the STIGA technicians have circumvented "the natural laws." The speed is boosted without allowing the carbon to impede the veneer layers' durability and natural movement, thanks to Carbo 7.6's inventive structure.
